The Coaches are the heart and soul of WIT and are here to support you through every step of your fitness journey. They're friendly, fanatical about fitness and a whole lot of fun!

First time
taster session & WIT Foundations

We understand that it can be daunting trying something new, and you may not know if it's for you. So before you commit to a monthly membership or class pack - come and try a one-off free trial session! For anyone new to CrossFit or less than 3 months experience we offer an 'Intro to CrossFit' class every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at 5:30pm.

We offer WIT Foundations to learn all the skills you need before joining WIT our your local gym. This is essential for anyone with less than 3 months of CrossFit experience looking to join us on a class pack or membership. This is also a great refresher for those who have had a break from training and would like to re learn the movements again.

These sessions run every Monday, Tuesday & Thursday at 6pm & 7pm.

The sessions will cover the olympic lifts, gymnastics skills most commonly used in class and how to best modify movements based on your abilities. Once you complete the 3 foundation sessions you can jump into any of our classes with us.

Personal training

Want to get your first pull up? Link muscle ups? Get a personal introduction to CrossFit? Personal training is a great way to get individual feedback and accountability from one of our top tier coaches.
