Join us Thursday 26th May from 6-8pm for a Weightlifting Workshop at WIT powered by Nuzest.
This will be a 2 hour workshop with explained warm ups, directed technical drills and help from Max to lift more and better. At the end of each section there will be a time to lift heavy and see the improvements. Over the 2 hours you will go through the Snatch and C&J with Coach Max.
You must be able to perform the movements without assistance of a coach, 3 months+ of Weightlifting or CrossFit is needed for this workshop.
