Join us Friday 3rd June for MURPH. In memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael P. Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, NY, who was killed in Afghanistan June 28, 2005. This workout was one of Mike’s favourites and he’d named it ‘Body Armor.’ From here on it will be referred to as ‘Murph’.
Options will be provided to partition the middle of the workout along with modifying the length of the run & reps based on abilities.
Classes will be 1hr 15min to give everyone enough time to complete it.
